Enterprise-grade hosting built for performance, resilience and global scale.
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of high-performance infrastructure and hosting services by HostingWebSpace.
Services are provided subject to availability and in accordance with agreed contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Customers agree not to utilize services for unlawful activity, unauthorized data scraping, or in breach of any local or international legislation.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law and as specifically defined within individual client contractual agreements.
Our data handling practices align with GDPR (EU 2016/679), the EU AI Act (EU 2024/1689), and Global Data Privacy standards. A comprehensive Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request for all Enterprise partners. Review our Full Compliance Documentation.
We adhere to a "Safety-by-Design" framework. For all integrated AI components—such as automated data processing or customer interface logic—we conduct rigorous Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIA). Our deployments are strictly mapped to the Act’s risk-based categories, ensuring that any "High-Risk" or "Limited-Risk" systems include the required human oversight, transparency logs, and technical documentation mandated by EU law.
We ensure end-to-end encrypted communication for all project data submitted via our secure contact channels. We maintain a strict "Zero-Knowledge" policy; we do not sell, trade, or monetize your data.
We utilize Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics with anonymized IP tracking to optimize content delivery. Users may elect to block third-party cookies via browser privacy settings (Chrome, Safari, Edge) or OS-level controls (Android, iOS).
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer protections within the European Union.
In accordance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (EU AI Act)
We are committed to full transparency. Any user-facing interface on this platform that utilizes Artificial Intelligence for content generation, chat assistance, or data synthesis is clearly labeled. Users are informed when they are interacting with an AI system rather than a human representative.
Our deployments are audited to ensure they fall within "Minimal" or "Limited" risk categories. We do not deploy "High-Risk" AI systems (as defined in Annex III) without a full Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment and the appointment of a dedicated Compliance Officer.
To prevent algorithmic bias, we utilize "Clean-Data" protocols. All AI models integrated into our infrastructure are vetted for data lineage, ensuring that processing is fair, non-discriminatory, and respects the privacy-by-design principles of the GDPR.
No automated AI system on our platform has the authority to make binding legal or financial decisions. A "Human-in-the-Loop" (HITL) protocol is maintained for all technical triaging and implementation strategies.
